Yorks Chocolate Story Chocolatiers!Posted by Holly Anderson on February 13 2014.
Yorks Chocolate Story and Polestars have teamed up! The Polestars Chocolate Making party is becoming ever more popular. Since the chocolate making workshop was launched in 2011, the number of women who are prepared to roll up their sleeves, put on a pinny and get their hands dirty during their hen do has increased considerably. It could be the simple reason that it no longer seems out of the realms of impossibility to make your own chocolate. The mystery of how Cadburys turns the humble cocoa bean into a delicious bar of indulgent chocolate has been dispelled by programs such as Channel 4’s Willie’s Wonky Chocolate Factory staring Willie Harcourt-Cooze.
To ensure that every girl the breadth and width of the country can indulge in a spot of chocolate making for their hen do, Polestars is searching for the best chocolatiers on the country. From London to Leeds, Bristol to Blackpool and Exeter and Edinburgh we’re on the hunt for the most talented chocolate masters to teach our fantastic hens how to temper, pipe and decorate all the chocolate goodies they can.
