Hooping is a great way to keep fit while having fun! Our handmade hoops are available in many different colours and patterns – if you want to pick your own, give us a call after ordering (or drop by our office in Brixton), otherwise we’ll surprise you. Hula Hoop Sizes:

Diameter – The diameter of the perfect hoop for you will depend on your height or size, but here are some rough guides.

Under 5’2 = 38 inches
5’3 to 5’8 = 40 inches
5’9 and up = 42 inches

Thickness – Thinner hoops are harder to hula, and so make you work harder. For complete beginners, we recommend a thicker hoop.
