Perfect Venues For Wedding PhotographyPosted by Hannah Carrier on June 7 2017.
Have you ever thought that weddings these days are a little too white? If you’re looking for something a bit more colourful, stylistic or full of character or are hoping to have a bit of fun at your wedding photography session then we think we’ve got you covered!
Castle Gibson have four venues in different locations in and around London. All venues have a lot of space, versatile rooms and a lot of character! Our personal favourite is the MC Motors venue and we can’t help but imagine the wedding photography! Old wood floors, vintage motorcycles, alphabet lights, retro armchairs, a beautiful Hollywood style dressing room and a rooftop! A pre-wedding photoshoot here would be incredible while you and your hens get ready in the dressing rooms or a post-wedding shoot with all the bridesmaids and best men would be so special for the bride and groom!
Asylum Chapel, London
This chapel is one of London’s hidden gems but this Grade II listed building in Southwark is beautiful. It’s vibrant pops of blue are incredible and chapel itself and surrounding rooms are charming. Bombed in World War Two, this building has stood the test of time which seems like a good luck charm to us. Every wedding photo ever taken in this venue is impossibly stunning and that makes it one of our favourites!
The Old Kent Barn
This wedding venue will set any fans of the blue and white aesthetic alight! This beautiful barn is available for weddings every day of the week and has so much potential for an incredibly stunning ceremony. The pale blue and gold fairground organ makes the perfect backdrop at the alter while you say your vows and you should see the white heaven of the main room. Choose a colour scheme to decorate the room with because it would compliment any! The intricate patterns of the interior are so beautiful and the charming barn makes a cosy reception party!
Whatever venue you choose, be sure that it characterises the both of you perfectly and truly compliments your ceremony.
