Pole Dancing Hen Party

A Polestars pole dancing party makes a fabulous start to a hen night and is a great opportunity to try your hand at one of the sexiest and most skilful dance styles around. Your fully trained pole instructor will start with the basics and teach you some spins, tricks and link moves which will be put together in to a routine. You will have the chance to showcase your new acrobatic moves to your fellow Hens in a performance at the end of your 2 hour session. What better way to make your Hen night a memorable one than trying this increasingly popular art form, while having fun with friends in a relaxed environment. Sexy, exciting and great exercise...once you start spinning you won't be able to stop!

Useful Information

What to wear

• Heels – this dance requires the sexy swagger that only heels can give you!
• Shorts – for the best results at gripping to the pole you really do need a bare leg. We suggest wearing shorts or leggings that can be rolled up, no skirts unless you don’t mind flashing your knickers!
• Dress for comfort – it sounds strange because obviously you want to look sexy on the pole, but you also want to be able to move freely whilst spinning.
