Pole Dancing Course
Pole dancing lessons are for the ladies who can think of nothing worse than slaving away at the gym. Our classes are for fun and fitness; women of all shapes, sizes and ages find themselves addicted to the pole after just a couple of hours spinning!
Polestars Pole Dancing Courses are aimed at people who have never had pole dancing lessons before. Our course is the most comprehensive course for those who are really looking to learn some great moves.
You will be tackling a series of different spins, tricks and linking moves, before finishing the course by climbing the pole and going upside down!
All pole dancing courses are six weeks long, with two hour pole dancing lessons each week. Each six week course costs £140 per person.

Pole Dancing Tasters
The 2 hour taster is a one-off pole dancing lesson where you will learn a range of fun basic tricks, spins and some sexy linking moves! You will also learn to pole dance by putting your new skills together to make a short dance routine!
Pole dancing tasters cost £20 per person for a two hour session.

Group Bookings
Have a group wanting to take one or more Pole Dancing classes? We offer private group sessions in any city for £24 per person per session (less than 10 participants – £240 total per session). Give our office a call to check our availability.
What To Wear
To gain the best grip on the pole it is necessary to have bare legs. We suggest wearing shorts or leggings (that you can roll up) to achieve this. Try to avoid wearing a skirt, otherwise you’ll be flashing your knickers when spinning! We also suggest heels so you can get that sexy swagger on, but many choose to wear flats or no shoes at all!
