Chocolate Making – I’ve got a Golden Ticket!Posted by Hay Brunsdon on June 8 2017.
Two of our chocolatiers have been dashing around the country over the past few weeks, melting their way into the hearts of many a hen. Such a huge amount of Chocolate Making Workshops has meant that Oli and Coral have both grabbed a golden ticket straight to the top of our Teacher of the Month listing.
These two treasures have been teaching dozens of ladies how to professionally temper, mould and decorate their own chocolate truffles, which make wonderful wedding favours. That’s if you can resist to give them up!
Check out this sumptuous video as a little taster before booking your very own Chocolate Making Workshop.
Why do you love teaching our Hens?
‘My favourite thing about doing hen parties as its unusual for a guy to get an AAA pass to a hen party so its an interesting experience… More so I love watching them fall in love with chocolate, they surprise themselves when they do far better than they thought at making truffles so its very rewarding and a real good laugh all round!’ Oli Dunn, Chocolatier
‘Having fun with the chocolate, and meeting new people, and teaching them something they can go away with and can easily do at home!! Also how competitive it gets to produce the chocolate that shines the most!! and when they pipe with it, seeing what ideas they come up with, which always makes everyone laugh!!’ Coral, Chocolatier
Chocolate making all round
It’s no wonder that chocolate making is one of our most popular activities, with our amazing teachers brining new skills and delicious fun for our lovely hens. It is definitely something that everyone can enjoy, and leave with a treat or two in your pocket!
If you love chocolate as much as we do here at Polestars then get yourself down to London’s biggest chocolate event this weekend buying your tickets here and we’ll see you there!
